This program is a terrific tool to aid in weight loss. Being able to track glycemic index and glycemic load is essential for those trying manage blood sugar. I track everything I consume in this app.
Yes, there are a number of features Id like to see added. The ability to copy and paste a prior meal would save time when you have the same lunch three days in a row. Also, Id love to see the data stored on the cloud so that I could use my iPhone instead of my iPad when Im out at a restaurant. It would also help if more detail was provided on each food item consumed like calories, carbs and glycemic load in the daily food log. Hopefully those features will come in version 2.0.
